The Simplicity Diagnostic

Most leaders communicate the way they were taught to think. They explain everything, then trust the listener to find the point. The leaders people actually follow do the opposite.

This diagnostic gives you a candid read on how well the Five Laws of Simplicity are working in how you communicate today. Sixteen questions. Real passages. One sentence about your own work at the end.

What you'll get

  • Your tier: Speaker, Communicator, or Leader
  • A per-Law map showing where you're sharp and where you slip
  • Your archetype on your weakest Law, with three moves to escape it
  • A self-audit on the one sentence you wrote about your own work
  • The next step that actually fits where you are

The three tests

  1. Does it fit on a bumper sticker? Under 15 words ideally, 25 max.
  2. Could a stranger read it once and repeat it back?
  3. If everything else you said was forgotten, would this sentence still mean something useful?

If your sentence passes all three tests, you have done the foundational work for everything else. If not, rewrite it before you walk into your next meeting.

Because a leader who is easy to follow is a leader who is easy to follow.
